Welcome Home: Four Students who Traveled to the U.S. Return to KCE

In March 2018, for the first time ever, students from the Kakenya Center for Excellence (KCE I) left Kenya and visited the United States.

They participated in Model United Nations in New York, went to the top of the Empire State Building, walked the National Mall in Washington, DC, and made new lifelong friends.

Felisters, Mary, Elizabeth, and Rahab often spoke of missing their friends and wished all the girls at KCE could share the experience. They could not wait to tell what they saw, learned, and felt on their adventure. Their homecoming did not disappoint – check out the video below!
